The organizing committee is correcting some general editorial issues in abstracts.
In the case of the article, the status should be accepted to present it during the conference.

The administrative office has 7-10 days to prepare and upload the invoice into the conference system. If you do not receive an e-mail within 10 days informing you that the invoice is in the conference system, please contact us.

If you are a co-author and you would like to see our schedule, you should log in and fill your personal data at this page: http://www.s-conferences.eu/ecos2019/ParticipantData. Then write us an email, we will change your role to ‘reader co-author’, this role has no participant fee. In the fields for the invoice you can simply type "not a participant" everywhere.

The system does not link the abstract with co-authors accounts, so you can see only abstracts and related articles that you uploaded.

The abstract and then the related article should be directly linked to the account of the presenter. If you would like to change the presenter, please let us know by email, we will switch the abstract and related article to the presenter. The presenter will be automatically the corresponding author of this article (no other option is available). The person who uploaded the article but will not present the paper during the conference will not be able to manage the abstract/article in the system.

Yes. The poster is one of the ways of presenting scientific work during the conference. To participate in the conference you still need a full paper with about 12 pages which will be published in the conference proceedings.

The size for poster presentation is A1. Please, make it readable. It should contain the most important description and data but do not make it too big (like a banner).

During the presentation of the articles in the poster session and oral speech, English is obligatory. There are no translators at the ECOS conference, so please make sure that the whole presentation will be understandable to everyone.
